These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Portfolio Manager app (the “App”). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The Service
The App lets you track stock holdings, watchlists, and market prices. It is a tool for personal informational use only.
2. Not Financial Advice
The App provides market data and portfolio tracking for informational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete, and we make no warranty as to its accuracy or timeliness.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the App in compliance with applicable laws.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
- Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute market data obtained through the App.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its content (excluding your own data and third-party market data) are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any investment losses, arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your account.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
